This contract guarantees delivery to buyer of above animal*.  Complete shot record, papers if applicable, small bag of puppy food, puppy tips, and vet certificate (if animal is 8 weeks at time of pickup/shipping) will be supplied by seller.  Buyer has option of their own vet check at buyer's expense.  Must be done within 72 hours of pick up of animal if no vet check has been done prior for guarantee to be valid. 

*Deposit is non-refundable.  If a satisfactory animal (male or female) is not available in above litter, the deposit will be transferred to an acceptable litter per the buyer.  All deposits on animals will be given preference on pick of the litter in order of receipt.

**Shipping date could change due to weather restrictions or if puppy isn't ready to go yet (too small).
